Cynette Wilson led financial stabilization at The Drivers Cooperative — recovering over $1 million in accounts receivable, rebuilding QuickBooks infrastructure from the ground up, processing NYS compliance requirements, and bringing all vendor payments within 30-day terms. Health Equity in Brownsville — 44% to 78%

Through leadership with United For Brownsville, David helped shape the advocacy strategy for Early Intervention outreach — contributing to raising enrollment among referred infants and toddlers from 44% to 78% neighborhood-wide, closing a longstanding racial equity gap for Black and brown children.
