Sustainable Mobility & Transportation Equity

We support the development of driver-owned, worker-controlled transportation platforms that provide fair pay, broad driver equity participation, and dignified working conditions. Our flagship initiative, SWYF, is a mission-driven — community-first — driver-owned alternative to extractive gig economy platforms. We also advocate for EV transition support, TLC driver protections, driver benefits, and expanded accessible transit for people with disabilities.

Worker Ownership & Economic Justice

Édé champions cooperative and alternative ownership models that build lasting wealth in communities historically excluded from capital markets. We connect diverse entrepreneurs with fiscal sponsorship, financial education, investor relations support, and the organizational infrastructure they need to grow. Our founding team helped build the first worker-owned ride-hailing cooperative in the United States — and we're applying that experience to the next generation of community enterprises.

Housing & Climate Justice

Our founders are active participants in New York's housing and climate justice movements — organizing tenants in Flatbush, lobbying in Albany for Good Cause Eviction and rent stabilization, and co-developing the Green and Accessible Transition Authority (GATA, S5552), landmark legislation in the NY State Senate creating a cooperative Green New Deal framework for transitioning TLC-licensed drivers to electric vehicles.

Community Health & Grassroots Organizing

Édé's leadership is embedded in New York's community health ecosystem — from health equity coalition-building at CPHS and Medicaid advocacy around $3 billion in social care funding, to patient navigation for hundreds of New Yorkers with Sickle Cell Disease, to early childhood health equity work in Brownsville that raised enrollment of referred infants and toddlers from 44% to 78%.
